This policy explains what we collect through this website and the Milton Move-Up Plan request form, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. What we collect
When you request a Milton Move-Up Plan, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, email address, and (optionally) your mobile number; your current home address or neighbourhood; and your approximate mortgage balance, target next-home price range, and timeline to move. We may also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and general site-usage data through standard web analytics.
Why we collect it
We use your information to:
- prepare and send your personalized Milton Move-Up Plan;
- contact you by email — and, if you provided a number and consented, by text — about your plan and related Milton real estate information;
- respond to your questions and, if you wish, arrange a consultation;
- improve our website and the service we provide.
Your consent
By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you give your express consent to receive commercial electronic messages (email and text) from Chris Hook and Rock Star Real Estate Inc. Withdrawing consent stops marketing messages but does not affect a message needed to complete a request you have made.
How we share it
